1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Red Hawk Supplies LLC sells rebar survey caps and related products for surveying and construction applications. Our products include:
- Blank rebar caps (1/2" and 5/8" sizes)
- Custom stamped rebar caps with personalized text
- Various colors: Orange, Yellow, Red, Blue, and Pink

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

2. ORDERS AND PRICING

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Custom Stamped Products: For custom stamped rebar caps, you are responsible for providing accurate text for stamping. Please double-check your order before submitting, as custom orders cannot be modified once production begins.

3. PAYMENT

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is required at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.

4. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Custom stamped products are non-returnable except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

6. PRODUCT USE AND DISCLAIMER

Intended Use: Our rebar caps are designed for use as survey markers and boundary identification in accordance with industry standards. Users are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and comply with local regulations.

Disclaimer: Products are provided "as is." While we strive to provide high-quality products, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those required by law. We are not liable for any damages arising from product use or misuse.
