Everything you need to know about how fast your order ships, what it costs, and what happens if something isn't right.

How fast your order ships

  • Blank caps: ship within 1 business day.
  • Stamped caps: ship in 3-5 business days.
  • Orders with both blank and stamped caps: ship together in 3-5 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping cost

  • Free shipping on orders of $225 or more within the continental United States, applied automatically at checkout.
  • Orders under $225: live USPS, UPS and FedEx rates are shown at checkout.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and international: email sales@redhawksupplies.com for a quote before ordering.

Minimum order

200 caps per order, in increments of 100, up to 2,000. Need more? Contact us for bulk pricing.

Stamped Right or We Restamp

If your stamped caps arrive with stamping that doesn't match the text you entered at checkout, email sales@redhawksupplies.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the incorrect stamping. We may ask for additional photos before approving a restamp. Once approved, we'll restamp and reship your order at no cost to you, and there's no need to send the original caps back. This guarantee covers stamping errors on our part. It does not cover errors in the text entered at checkout.

Returns

  • Blank caps: unused, unopened caps in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. On change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping, the shipping cost we paid on free-shipping orders is deducted from your refund, and orders of 1,000 caps or more have a 15% restocking fee.
  • Stamped caps: because they're made for your order, they can't be returned except for a defect, the wrong item shipped, or shipping damage. In those cases we send a prepaid return label. Misstamped caps don't need to be returned. See Stamped Right or We Restamp above.
  • Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
