SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Online Checkout: Continental United States (48 states)
Alaska, Hawaii & International: We're happy to ship to these locations! Please email us at sales@redhawksupplies.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order. We'll provide a quote within 1-2 business days.
PROCESSING TIME
Blank rebar caps: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Custom stamped rebar caps: Orders require 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination and order weight. When you check out, you will see the exact shipping options and prices available for your order.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders of $225 or more ship FREE within the continental United States. The free shipping option is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.
For orders under the free shipping threshold, you will see real-time shipping options at checkout from the following carriers:
USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express)
UPS (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and more)
FedEx (Ground, Express, and more)
Shipping rates are calculated live by the carrier based on the weight of your order and your destination. Multiple speed and price options are available so you can choose what works best for you.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:
Ground (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 3-7 business days
Express (UPS/FedEx): 1-3 business days
Priority Mail (USPS): 2-3 business days
Exact delivery estimates and pricing for each option are shown at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may affect delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
P.O. BOXES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Larger or heavier orders may require a physical street address for delivery via UPS or FedEx.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
For orders over $500, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package is received safely.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us immediately at sales@redhawksupplies.com
2. For damaged packages, retain all packaging materials and take photos
3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products
ORDER CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
