Refund policy

At Red Hawk Supplies LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible products.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Blank Rebar Caps: Unused, unopened blank rebar caps in their original packaging may be returned for a refund of the product subtotal within 30 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom Stamped Rebar Caps: Because custom stamped products are made specifically for your order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
- The product is defective (manufacturing defect, incorrect stamping by us)
- The wrong product was shipped
- The product was damaged during shipping
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@redhawksupplies.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds: Refunds cover the product subtotal only and will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective products, incorrect items shipped, or shipping damage (see "Damaged or Defective Products" below). Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large orders (over 1,000 units) that are not due to defects or our error.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color (blank caps only), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
3. Do not discard the product or packaging until we provide instructions
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Blank caps: Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Custom stamped caps: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement as long as production has not begun. If production has already started at the time of cancellation, customer will be charged a pro-rated amount for caps already stamped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom order.
